1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On April 201, Defendant A forged the document forgery related to H’s document forgery (around April 201, Defendant A resided in 10 million won a monthly deposit of KRW 10 million in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, by means of writing down the deposit money for the lease contract on the said real estate, and then conspired with each other to borrow money from the victim under the pretext of offering it as a security and acquire it by money and use the loan in installments.

On April 20, 201, the Defendants conspired to enter the real estate lease contract into the real estate leased contract to an employee who is unaware of the fact at the real estate intermediary office located in Samsung-dong, Seoul, without authority. On April 20, 201, the Defendants made it possible to use it at the real estate intermediary office. On the real estate location column of "Seoul, Gangnam-gu 1302", "302 total amount" in the deposit section column, "Y million won" in the lessor address column, "J802, "K", and "H" in the resident registration number column, and on the lessee's address column, the Defendants made the applicant enter "Seoul-do Dara 203, Nam-do," "M", and "A" in the resident registration number column and the name column and affix the victim's right to the seal of the above H in the name of the victim in advance and affixed it to the victim's name and the seal of the Gangnam-gu Seoul.
