Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In order to secure the management right of D, the Defendant, at a special general meeting of shareholders in 2011, had been delegated to exercise voting rights by E, etc., the shareholders of the above company, etc., with intent to make proxy exercise of voting rights by preparing delegations, such as E, at a special general meeting of shareholders in 2012.

1.
