Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.3 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a real estate broker operating the B Licensed Real Estate Agent, was issued a parking registration certificate from the sub-lessee D or E who resides in the C-owned officetel by sub-leaseing and received a request from the sub-lessee D or E to issue a parking registration certificate, and tried to prepare a lease contract with the lessee's name as an officetel owner, and to issue a parking registration certificate to the officetel manager.

1. The crime committed on June 27, 2015;

A. On June 27, 2015, the Defendant forged private document: (a) on the paper of the monthly rent contract in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the office monthly rent contract in which the Defendant had been kept for the purpose of exercising at the real estate agent B operated by the Defendant, the Defendant printed “C”, “G” in the name column of the lessor, “G” in the resident registration number column, “D” in the name column of the lessee; (b) Seoul Gangnam-gu F Building 8 in the name column of the leased object; (c) “Seoul Gangnam-gu F Building 8 in the name column of the lessee; (d) gold million (1,00,000)” in the deposit column; and (d) marked “One million (1,70,000)” in the monthly rent column as “one million (1,70,000)”; and (d) marked the Defendant’s seal back to C’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one of the monthly rent contracts for officetels in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. Around June 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) exercised the monthly rent contract for an officetel that was forged as described in paragraph (1) at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office for Management of F Buildings, as if it were a document that was duly formed, on the following grounds: (b) the Defendant had completed the monthly rent contract for an officetel that was forged as described in paragraph (1).

2. The crime committed on September 4, 2015;

A. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents by using a computer in the name column of the lessor’s name, “C” in the resident registration number column, “G”, and “Seoul Gangnam-gu H apartment Dong-ho, Seoul,” and the lease in the name column of the lessor’s name.
