A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than two months and for not more than four months with prison labor for the crimes of Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months, due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) by the District Court of the Republic of Korea, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 29th of the same month.

1. 2. At the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) delivered a counterfeited monthly rent contract to K as in the preceding paragraph, and exercised it as if it had been duly formed.

3. On October 12, 2010, the fraud defendant was in the "E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office" located in D. D. 101 at Yangju-si, Yangju-si, and in fact, the above apartment does not have the right of the defendant to lease the above apartment to others, but the victim K is "the name of the above apartment is I, but it is the actual owner of the apartment."

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 70,00,00 from the victim on October 19, 201, and KRW 19,30,000 from the victim on or around October 22, 201, as a deposit money. On or around December 1, 201, the Defendant received KRW 280,02,00 from the victim on three occasions in total.
