A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) on September 15, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Clean Prison on September 15, 2017, and on October 12, 2018, the Defendant appealed eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and is still pending in the appellate trial.

Criminal facts

1. At around 15:00 on June 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by cutting off a cromatic wall in the amount of KRW 100,000,000 at the market price where the cash 2,00,000, which was displayed on the shopping car in another victim’s shopping car in which the victim’s attention was neglected; and (b) on the route adjacent to the U Hospital located in U.S. Seo-gu T in Ansan-gu, U.S., U.S.; and (c) the victim V, who dump and interested in the street.

2. On July 8, 2018, around 12:16, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking out a yellow sand cM cM cM cM cM cM cM cM cM cM cM 300,000 won in cash within the victim’s bank, where the victim Y of the store store store Y was neglected due to the neglect of his/her mobile phone Y in the middle of the city where the victim was adjacent to another victim.

3. On August 18, 2018, around 09:28, the Defendant: (a) cut off the cresh in front of the “AA” located in the Z in Ansan-gu, Busan-gu; (b) on the one hand, the victim AB was found to have neglected due care due to his/her negligence; and (c) on the other hand, the Defendant cut off the wall equivalent to KRW 1.60,000 in cash and the market price with credit cards within the bank in which the victim was faced.
