A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2019 Highest 257";

A. On September 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around September 29, 2018, at the “D sales outlet” managed by the victim C in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 13:10, 2018; (b) on the part of the Defendant, the Defendant: (c) stored the goods equivalent to the total market value of KRW 11,000, including the “scambroom” in the total market value of KRW 9,00,000, which was displayed in a store outside the store; and (d) cut off, the goods equivalent to the total market value of KRW 11,00,000, including one broom in the market value.

B. On December 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on December 4, 2018, at the “G sales store” managed by the Victim F in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E; (b) up to 20,000 won in total of the market prices where a gap in the surrounding surveillance was displayed in a store in another store; and (c) stolen the Defendant by inserting four “Brekin chin chin kin kin kin kin kin kin kin kin kin kin kin kn

2. "2019 Highest 995";

A. On December 3, 2018, around 18:15, the Defendant, at the “J” store managed by the victim I on the first floor of the H building of the Gyeonggi-gu Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, the Defendant: (a) stored 15 cosmetics in the Defendant’s bank, the total market price of which was displayed in a cresh in another store where surveillance was neglected; and (b) stored 108,240 won of cosmetics in the market price.

B. On December 3, 2018, around 17:59, the Defendant, at the “L store” managed by the victim K on the first floor of the H building of the Gyeonggi-gu Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Seoul-gu, and the Defendant: (a) stored five chills and chests in the Defendant’s bank, which are the sum of the market prices where the gaps in the surrounding supervision was displayed in other stores; and (b) stored five chills and chests in the Defendant’s bank.
