A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 20, 2013, around 14:28, the Defendant visited the “EPC bank” operated by the victim D of the 1st underground floor C in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and employees F (19 years of age, South) committed a theft of KRW 140,000 in cash, holding a safe, and holding it in a knickter where employees F (19 years of age, South) purchased drinking water between the knife and the knife.
2. Around 10:30 on February 11, 2014, the Defendant visited “N Child Care Center” located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, by pretending the Defendant’s child entrance counseling, and then stolen a 300,000 won of gift certificates, cash 130,000 won, and a 190,000 won of a market price, from the bank owned by the victim’sO (the victim’s crepite) located on another’s part, who was located on the part of another’s will.
5. On February 11, 2014, around 11:17, the Defendant visited Q Child Care Center located in Seongbuk-gu P, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, by pretending the Defendant’s child entrance counseling, and then stolen one wall with KRW 80,00,00 from the family bank owned by the victim R (R), who was suffering from a defect of care being neglected.
6. On February 24, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant visited the “T Child Care Center” located in Sungnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by pretending the Defendant’s entrance counseling to the Defendant’s children, and the Defendant is owned by U.S. (43 years and women) who was placed adjacent to the crepanter due diligence.
