1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. The reasons why the court has used for this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the dismissal of the corresponding part as follows. Thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The stability of the 6th sentence of the first instance court's 4th sentence is high as "safety".

(b)each 5,000,000 won “each 5,000,000 won” in Part 11 of the fourth decision of the first instance.

(c)each entry of Category 4 "A 6 through 12 (including paper numbers)" in Part 5 of the first instance judgment is "each entry and video of Category A 6 through 17 (including paper numbers, if any)".
