Purport of claim and appeal

The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows: Gap evidence No. 28, which is insufficient to acknowledge the plaintiff’s assertion, shall be rejected; and since it is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the dismissal of the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance, it shall be cited as it is by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

Each "P" of the last 3 deeds of the first instance court and the fourth 3 pages of the decision shall be read as "R".

The "Evidence 5, 25 of A" shall be added to the ground for recognition of the fourth sentence of the first instance judgment.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and all appeals by the plaintiffs are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
