Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

At around 11:15 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant, upon receipt of a report from a police officer D and E, called “the bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” sent to the Defendant at the front of the C cafeteria located in the front city B of the Jeonsan-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, the Defendant openly insultingd the public by taking a bath, i.e., “the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” ii).
