A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective violence, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Seoul Central District Court on April 10, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in a wooden prison on June 29, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

On August 8, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:00, received a report on 112 from the tampine located in the Yaeong-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, and sent it to a prison by a person who is requested to verify his identity from a slope D belonging to the Kuung-gu Police Station C district unit, which called the “spacker” and called the “spacker,” and was accompanied to the C district as he was on board the patrol.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officials on criminal investigation.

2. After the Defendant assaulted F as above, the Defendant got out of the Defendant to restrain it, and broken it up by drinking two times the front left of the patrol car, which was set up in front of it, to have approximately KRW 275,00,00 for repair cost.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
