Since 200, the Defendant is a person who served as the head of B Union C from around 200, and is members of B, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M.
The Defendant, as a result of the investigation on the non-approval case of industrial accident insurance, requested the Labor Welfare Service to improve its work, but the problem has not been resolved, visited the NA branch with the aforementioned members to hold an interview with the NA branch office.
1. Around September 6, 2017, Defendant 1, along with the above union members, demanded an interview with the victim P's office, the head of the above O branch, for the non-approval of industrial accident insurance. Around 16:53 of the same day, Q, an employee of the O branch, demanded that Q, who was an employee of the N branch, should not be an advance promise, and the head of the branch, be in the outside business trip, he did not comply with the demand even though he was demanded that Q, the head of the branch office, be going from the branch office to the meeting room, and he did not leave the victim's office until 17:52 of the same day, and did not comply with the demand for withdrawal without justifiable reasons.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collaboration with the above members, refused to comply with the demand for the eviction of Q, which is his employee, in the office possessed by the victim.
2. On September 6, 2017, at the office of the head of the O branch office around 16:53, the Defendant: (a) destroyed one of the chemical parts at which Qua belonging to the Victim’s Labor Welfare Corporation was located, thereby gathering the surface of the wall and the lacing process; (b) nine chemical parts equivalent to the total market value of KRW 850,000, the market value of which is owned by the Victim’s Labor Welfare Corporation; and (c) one chemical storage unit equivalent to KRW 70,000, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 12 square meters in a remote area of KRW 158,40,00, and the market value of KRW 110,000,000, market value of which is equivalent to KRW 158,40,00.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.
3. On September 6, 2017, the Defendant is the victim R (inn, 33 years of age) at the office of the head of the O branch office around 16:53 on September 6, 2017.
