A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 1615" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant received and received approximately 0.16 grams of psychotropic drugs from Empacters in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and from F, the Defendant received and received them, using approximately 0.16 grams of psychotropic drugs from F without compensation.

C. At around 12:00 on September 2015, the Defendant administered 12:0 by inserting approximately 0.12 gramopon in coffee, which was parked in the Mescopter front of the Mcopon in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, in a coffee.

1. Around 01:00 on February 11, 2015, the Defendant purchased 0.1g of approximately KRW 200,000 in cash from P in front of the O convenience store located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, and purchased psychotropic drugs from P, using approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs.
2. The Defendant committing medication, at around 03:00 on February 14, 2015, shall be punished by drinking approximately 0.1g of philopon on the water inside the guest room of the R hotel located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Q.
