Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of four months.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 1278] Defendants are not all persons handling narcotics, who have been in an internal relationship for three years ago.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 13:00 on May 10, 2015, the Defendant purchased KRW 100,000 in cash 7 of a single-use injection machine (total 0.35gg) containing approximately 0.05 grams of psychotropic drugs from Joseon Maspile E (tentatively referred to as “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

B. At around 12:00 on May 12, 2015, the Defendant administered Fudio 302 at the time of Pakistan, the Defendant’s residence, and approximately 0.05 g of philophones, in a way that they drinks in coffee.

C. On May 12, 2015, the Defendant was above 18:00.

At the same place as set forth in paragraph (1), water was stored in a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.05g opon, dilutiond with approximately 0.03g of oponon, and remaining 0.02g of opononon on the left part of the defendant were administered in a way that they were injected into the blood joints of the defendant.

On May 13, 2015, the Defendant was above W, around 04:00.

At the same place as in paragraph 1, water was stored in a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.05 g oponon, dilutiond with approximately 0.035 g of opononononon, and 0.015 g of remaining oponononononononononon, and dilutiond with water in a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.05 g of oponononononononononononon, and 0.065 gonon on the left left part of the defendant.

E. On May 16, 2015, the Defendant was above 20:00.

In the same place as the paragraph, water was stored in a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.05g philophones, and dilution was administered in such a way that they were injected into the left part of the defendant.

F. On May 17, 2015, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 09:00.

At the same place as the paragraph, approximately 0.05g philophones were administered in a way that they are sent to coffee.

G. On May 17, 2015, the Defendant was above 20:00.
