Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On October 12, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million by the Seoul Southern District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On February 19, 2019, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced the Defendant to a suspended sentence of KRW 2 years for a year of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 27, 2019 and is currently under suspended sentence.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 01:40 on August 31, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of 01:27 percent of blood alcohol concentration, and the four-lane road in front of the DNA distance in Bupyeong-si C was under the influence of 0.227 percent from the blood alcohol concentration, and led the Defendant to proceed along two-lanes from the side of the Busan High Police Station along the DNA distance.
