A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:58, in the forest of the F clan managed by Goyangdong-gu, Yongsan-gu, Youngdong-gu, U.S. C, D, and then attached waste, which was first prepared for a single-use dog, and made it more than 13.2 square meters of the forest as above, in a non-breadth.

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed forest land equivalent to 91,000 won in the city and caused public danger.

2. On April 23, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant attached waste to the F clan forest as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), such as plastic paper, which was prepared in advance, and disposed of in the same place, such as plastic paper, which was disposed of in the same place, and had the Defendant spread up to 10 glus and forest land equivalent to 13.2 m2m2m2 in a non-breadth.

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed forest land equivalent to 50,000 won in a market and caused public danger.

3. On April 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:06, in the F clan forest managed by the Defendant in front of the H factory located in Yongsan-gu G, Youngdong-gu; (b) attached a waste, which was first prepared for a single-use dog, to a waste discarded in the same place, and made the Defendant once more than 13.2 square meters of the forest in a non-breadth.

Accordingly, the defendant caused public danger by setting fire to forest land, etc.

4. On April 24, 2014, around 17:33, the Defendant: (a) attached waste, which was abandoned in the same place, to the 20g miscellaneous tree and the 39.6 square meters of the above forest, which was managed by the J following the factory located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-si; and (b) attached the waste, which was laid down in the same place, to a single-use dog prepared in advance.

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed forest land equivalent to 500,000 won in a market and caused public danger.
