A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 7, 2017, from around 00:00 to around 00:40, the Defendant damaged the victims’ property by setting fire with a single-use dog without any particular reason, while under the influence of alcohol in the Japanese zone in Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon.

On January 7, 2017, around 00:04, among the persons of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, destroyed part of the banner of the "C parent education special lecture", which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,00 in the market price of the victim C at the second street of the Song apartment in front of the 621-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

On January 7, 2017, around 00:40, around the road of Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City, a victim's name was destroyed by setting a part of the fire by attaching the fire as a single-use throwter to the US fire team.

2. On January 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:20, around the 00:20, in front of the “G” beauty bag operated by the victim F of the damage to the building of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, and caused the victim to spread out to the beauty room outside the air-conditioning room by attaching a one-time stop to the garbage bag in front of the beauty room.

As a result, the defendant set fire to a multi-household building used as a residence by the victim and the residents of the above multi-household house, which is the total market price of 25 million won owned by the victim.
