A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 16, 2012, around 01:20 on April 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) laid down a paper World Cup in the outlet of a coffee set up in Guro-gu Seoul Guro-gu, the victim’s office; and (b) attached it to the paper World Cup, thereby making the fluencing machine flow off.

Accordingly, the defendant caused public danger by burning a self-reader owned by the victim.

2. At around 07:00 on June 8, 2012, the Defendant, at the platform of the error 1-dong 135-1, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 135-1, 201, the Defendant laid down a string machine to the discharge outlet of the victim’s cole-day distributor, which was installed therein, with a fire attached to the paper cup and got the string machine to flow off in the string machine.

Accordingly, the defendant caused public danger by burning a self-reader owned by the victim.

3. On June 9, 2012, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) laid down a log World Cup in the outlet of the victim E-owned self-reader installed in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) attached it to the paper World Cup to the laz, thereby making it possible for the Defendant to spread in the laz.

Accordingly, the defendant caused public danger by burning a self-reader owned by the victim.

4. On November 28, 2012, at around 22:10, the Defendant, at the platform of the error 1-dong 135-1, Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, 135-1, 135-1, the Defendant laid down a string machine to the discharge outlet of the victim’s cole-day distributor, which was installed therein, with a fire attached to the paper cup and got the string machine to flow off the string machine.

Accordingly, the defendant caused public danger by burning a self-reader owned by the victim.
