A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
1,590,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 4, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. at the Seoul High Court on July 4, 200, and was serving in prison in a governmental prison on May 16, 2013 and was paroled on May 16, 2013 (presumed to terminate the term of punishment on October 3, 2014)
1. On September 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) deposited 600,000 won of the purchase price for psychotropic drugs in the deposit account in the name of the Government Nongam-dong, the Government Nongam-dong; (b) on September 17, 2013, deposited 60,000 won in the agricultural cooperative account in the name of E used by D; and (c) purchased psychotropic drugs in the way of receiving a disposable injection for approximately 0.7 grams, which was sent by D from the Dong Seoul Terminal located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Metropolitan Government, with high-speed bus freight, around 19:00 on the same day.
2. On September 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 330,000,000 from the above-mentioned Government CF Cancer Branch to the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account in the name of the above E; and (b) purchased narcotics, etc. on September 27, 2013, around 19:30 on the following day, by receiving a disposable injection containing approximately 0.3g of opphonephones sent by D from the above Dong Seoul Terminal to the high-speed bus freight.
3. On October 9, 2013, the Defendant, even if not a narcotics handler, deposited KRW 330,000,000,000,000 from the above-mentioned Government CF Cancer Branch in the Agricultural Cooperatives Deposit Account in the above E’s name, and purchased disposable drugs by receiving approximately 0.3g of philopon, sent by D in the above Seoul Terminal with high-speed bus freight at around 21:00 on the same day.
4. On October 17, 2013, the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, but deposited KRW 330,000 won in the Dolopon deposit account in the name of the said E at the above Dolul Cancer point on October 16, 2013, and one-time use containing approximately 0.3g of philopon, which D sent in the form of express bus freight at the above Dol Seoul Terminal around 22:10 on the same day.
