A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

5,450,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Of the facts charged in the instant case.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Metepha (the clopon, the copon, the copon, the copon; hereinafter referred to as the coponon) as follows.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On March 23, 2011, the Defendant: (a) requested D to use phiphones; (b) transferred KRW 1700,000 to the account of our bank in the name of E designated by D; and (c) purchased 2 grams by means of finding two grams of phiphones sent by H, who received D’s instructions from G in Seocho-gu Seoul, on March 23, 201; and (d) purchased 170,000 won from G in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

B. On May 12, 2011, the Defendant purchased the 0.7 grams, which was sent by H from G located in Seocho-gu Seoul, to the large number of express bus freight, on May 12, 2011, by means of sending KRW 5,500,000 to the account of our bank of the name of E designated E, and then sending KRW 5,000,000 from D to the account of our bank of the name of E designated by D. On May 12, 201.

On May 15, 2011, the Defendant: (a) requested D to use phiphones; (b) transferred 3 million won of phiphones to the account of our bank of the E name designated by D; and (c) purchased 0.5g of phiphones sent by H from G located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul at around 23:30 on the same day, by means of searching for 0.5g of phiphones sent by D to the express bus freight.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On June 29, 2011, the Defendant administered a medication on June 29, 201, in a JMoel care room located in the Daegu Dong-gu, New Walls I, with K put 0.05g oponon into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with the Defendant’s arms.

B. On July 5, 2011, the Defendant administered, around July 5, 201, in a non-permanent guest room located in a non-fluorous area (hereinafter referred to as the “new wall”) with a new wall inside the new wall, by inserting K 0.05g of philopon into a one-time injection machine, dilution with a new spopon into the Defendant’s arms transfusion.
