A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From June 16, 2014 to March 25, 2016, the Defendant served as sick soldiers at the headquarters of the headquarters headquarters of the National Armed Forces D, and the victim C (21 years old), victim E (20 years old), victim F (21 years old) and the same military unit of the Defendant are soldiers after serving in the same military unit.

1. From the end of March 2015 to the end of May of the same year, the Defendant 12:00 to the end of May 13:00 of the same year: (a) from the 2nd life group of the Armed Forces D, the Defendant: (b) was unable to be exempted from fighting within the life room during the time of occupation to the victim C; (c) obstructed the victim’s rest guaranteed by ordering the victim not to sleep; and (d) committed cruel acts by force on five occasions in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in the attached Table from the end of September 2015 to the end of September 2015.

2. The Defendant, at around 16:30 on June 2015, 201, was unable to force the hair of the victim by using cosmetic equipment on the ground that the victim E head is in a 2nd place of a living room of the Republic of Korea Armed Forces D, i.e., the third floor of the second life room of the Republic of Korea D.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

3. On June 2015, from around November 2015 to around November 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim E and F, who were soldiers, by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act on the part of the victim, by taking the victim’s body at the second living room of the Armed Forces D, and committing an indecent act on the part of the victim, such as having the Defendant’s arms and legs attached to the victim’s body and having the wind on several occasions in the victim’s return, and by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act on the part of the victim E and F, who were soldiers for four occasions from that time.

4. No person who violates the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Protection, etc. of Information and Communications Network (violation, etc. of Information and Communications Network) shall intrude into an information and communications network without legitimate authority

Nevertheless, on February 2016, the defendant is a national defense network using the ID and password of the So-young G belonging to the above headquarters, which was known in advance at the above headquarters office of the National Armed Forces D, around February 2016.
