A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud, fabrication of private documents, or uttering of private documents;

3) The fraud accused, at the above date, at the place, and in fact, is not C, but C, and even if a mobile phone is opened in the name of C, he/she has an intention or ability to pay the mobile phone fee. As above, he/she forged the application for the mobile phone entry under the name of C and deceiving the above mobile phone staff who is unaware of such intention or ability, thereby deceiving them, and he/she shall receive from the above employee one option machine cell phone equivalent to KRW 69,600 from the said employee, and defraud it.
