Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

On June 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with prison labor due to night, intrusion upon residence, larceny, etc. in the Suwon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 25, 2013.

On October 29, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: “C(D)”, “E”, “F apartment G in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,” and “C in the name column of the client in the form of the bank transaction application without C’s consent at the point of Schoslovasky in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, the resident registration number column,” and “E”, “F apartment G in the name of the applicant column,” and “C in the name of the client column of the power of attorney,” and affixed C’s seal prior to that.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of request for bank transaction in the name of C and a letter of delegation, each of which are private documents related to rights and obligations.

On November 6, 2012, the Defendant, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “J” store, filed an application for a credit card payment via the radio mix, without C’s consent, entered “C” in the customer column of the application for subscription to the “K iFi Call/ set” and forged C’s “K WiFi Call/ set request” in the name of “C”, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising C’s signature next thereto, and continued to forge the “C” in the customer name column of “E”, “E”, “E”, and “C” in the resident registration number column, and “C” in the applicant column with the intent to exercise C’s signature and seal on the rights and obligations, and on the next day, forged C’s “K Moble” application for a private document, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations, with the intention of exercising C’s signature on the same day.
