Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who promised to marry, graduated from the process of Washington D MBA, and committed an act on the condition that 2.50,000 U.S. annual salary was not paid by the E company located in the U.S. Western D MBA.

In order to encourage C to believe that it is false, it has forged the MBA graduation certificate, etc. to show C.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On January 17, 2015, the Defendant forged a copy of a certificate of graduation from the name of the F (L), the dean of the above university, which is a private document, on the fact-finding that on December 17, 2014, Washington completed the MBA process at the University D D on the following grounds: (a) on December 17, 2014, the Defendant: (b) completed the F (L) in a false manner; and (c) forged a copy of the certificate of graduation from the university, the dean of the above university.

B. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant forged a copy of the labor contract under the name of the representative of the aforementioned company, which is a private document, on the proof of the fact that the Defendant was employed as a strategic partner in the E company located in the U.S. from January 5, 2015 through an irregular method at a minor place.

2. Around January 2015, the Defendant exercised the said investigation document by presenting a forged graduate certificate and a labor contract to Jongno in Seoul Jongno-gu apartment 1220, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
