Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. For the purpose of reporting construction engineer experience to the Association B, the Defendant was in possession on October 2015 in order to obtain Canadian employment visa at a three-dimensional shop in around the world.

C. Having printed out in writing the files of the certificate of graduation from the name unclaimed winner under the name of the president of C University, the date of issuance was changed to “A,” and the date of issuance was changed to “O, 1 October 2015,” and the same was changed to re-samp the paper and re-printed.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a certificate of graduation under the name of the president of C University.

2. On October 14, 2015, the Defendant submitted a forged private document, such as a “criminal fact-finding,” to the employees of the Association located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, along with a report on the career of construction technicians.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged private document.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
