Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

No person may distribute or openly exhibit obscene images through an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, around July 31, 2012, at the Defendant’s residence located in Namyang-si, 111 Dong 603, the Defendant distributed obscene images through an information and communications network by making many and unspecified persons download a video file with the content of sexual intercourse with the title “(Korea)” in the above site’s data room after having access to the file file file sharing site using a computer installed therein, and then having access to the above site’s data room (www.fleleleleuri).
