Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2009, the Defendant subscribed to a file format (htp:/www.leleleleuri.com) which is an Internet file sharing site, as a DNA “C”. Around July 5, 2009, the Defendant created the Defendant’s computer as a file sharing server and established a “book” which is an exclusive P2P program of the file format website that can share files to many and unspecified persons.

1. Around January 2010, the Defendant: (a) installed, using a computer and Internet, a file tool pro rata (htp:/www. ww.fi.com) which is a P2P program provided by the Internet file-sharing website (htp./www.fi.com) of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building D Building 303; (b) and then publicly displayed and distributes child and juvenile pornography by sharing them under the title of “(http./www.w.le. - penalties.avi.”; (c) South Korea, under the age of 19; and (d) a female child and juvenile pornography as described in the attached list of crimes, such as video exposed to sexual organ appearing and exposed to female children, so that many and unspecified people can get shared.

2. No person who violates the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Distribution of obscenity) shall distribute, sell, lease, or openly display any obscene codes, text, images, or motion pictures through an information and communications network;

At the same time, at the same time and place as above, the Defendant shared four parts of obscene images so that many and unspecified people can download, as described in the attached list of crimes, such as video images, etc., where female children appeared and exposed to sexual organ, and displayed and distributed obscene images openly through an information and communications network, in a manner set forth in the above paragraph (1).
