Criminal facts

After forging an application for joining a mobile phone together with C, D, and E, the Defendant planned to take advantage of the forged application for joining a mobile phone and a copy of the forged resident registration certificate after taking advantage of the mobile phone from the telecommunications company.

The Defendant was employed as a member of G, who is a cell phone sales store of the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., in accordance with the aforementioned plan on December 4, 2012, according to the foregoing plan.

D arbitrarily prepares a new contract for H’s mobile phone service in the name of H, and thereby securing an une-mail and kept D through e-mail.

H The copy of the forged resident registration certificate under the name of the head of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office has been submitted to the employee of the victim company along with the forged mobile phone service new contract.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, D, and E, forged a new mobile service contract under the name of H, which is a private document on rights and duties, and exercised it, and acquired a copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, which is an official document, from the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., which believed that H applied for a new mobile phone service, by using a copy of the resident registration certificate of H in the name of the head of Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and acquired it by delivery of 94,400 won of the market price from the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., and forged 85 copies of the new mobile service contract from December 4, 2012 to January 29, 2013 in the same manner, each of them exercised 45 copies of the resident registration certificate, which is a forged public document, and acquired it by means of obtaining a mobile phone delivery of 87,205 won from the victim company.
