Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and B: (a) conspired with influenite winners, provided a video recording device that enables the real-time return of gambling table to a gambling room operated by a casino not exceeding the Philippines; (b) opened and operated an illegal gambling site “C” game, a game in which many unspecified persons are recruited as gambling site members, and a person who selects a high score of not more than nine and less than nine high points by dring a single card game; (c) provided one of the “bara game,” a game in which a person selected by winning one of the number of odds or even number, and (d) decided to open and operate it by paying dividends to those who meet the result of betting on the betting book.

From December 2018, Defendants shared their respective roles at the location of an office where a computer, etc. is installed. Defendant A prepared an office with a computer, etc. that manages and transmits gambling images as an operator of a gambling site and subsequently operated the “C” site and office in general; Defendant B took charge of the management of funds such as withdrawal of gambling proceeds; Defendant B took charge of other under-paid boxes such as charging, refunding, and gambling video monitoring; customer response of e-mail; and advertising and publicity of the site from members of the above site; and then deposited gambling money from the above site to fill it into the game money; and then, Defendant A returned money to members who bought the outcome of the games such as “ba,” “unscoco,” “unsco,” and “scohn,” and the remaining accomplices acquired profits from the amount of money due to his name.

As a result, the Defendants conspired in collusion for the purpose of gambling.
