A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Internet illegal gambling site operators, on their name, recruited many unspecified persons as members of the gambling site and caused members to gambling by providing "a" game, which is a game in which a person who selects not more than nine high points by winning a single-day card game, or a man who selects a single among the number of odds or even numbers, provided "a" game, which is a game in which a person who selects one, plays in the form of winning, and let him/her play betting on the betting book and pay a dividend to those who meet the result of betting.

The Defendant, in collusion with B, C, D, etc., invited the operators of the above illegal gambling site to transmit the above illegal gambling site “Bara” and information real time and to operate the e-site where user fees are collected, and subsequently, the Defendant agreed that B will take charge of the following roles: (a) in the paper of the Philippines: (b) in setting up an office with facilities, such as Drhetor, a place where “bara”, and a computer that manages and transmits the gambling images; (c) the role of operating the E site and office; (d) the role of managing the E site and office overall; (b) the customer’s response, fund management, and gambling monitoring; and (c) the Defendant will hand over the advertisement and publicity of the E site; and (d) the customer of the e-mail to D.

Accordingly, from March 31, 2017 to January 2018, the Defendant served as the above office with B, C, D, etc., and sent online illegal gambling sites, such as “F”, “G”, “H”, “I”, and “I,” which are operated by the name-free recipients, in real time, to enable each site member to gambling.

Accordingly, the defendant is in collusion with the operator of the gambling site, B, C, D, etc. in order to make profits.
