A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. When operating a gambling site, D et al. from April 2017 to September 14, 2018, 168,192 in the AA bank account (number AB) in the name of the Z as shown in the separate crime list of crimes, and 163,77,16,654 won in total, deposited money from the above site to its members, provided members with money to be deposited in the above gambling site in real-time manner, and that each co-owner and the other co-owner paid money to be deposited in each of the above gambling site in accordance with the rules of conduct.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, set up a space for gambling for profit.
