Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 5, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, at the front side of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu), after receiving a report of 112 that he/she would not get a house under the influence of alcohol, and the Defendant, a police official belonging to the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Police Station C District D, who was dispatched to the site, was faced with the Defendant’s address, and asked the Defendant’s address.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning reporting processing and maintenance of order by police officers.

2. On September 5, 2017, at the place of the preceding paragraph, around September 21:45, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was accompanied by the following: (b) the Defendant was arrested the Defendant in a flagrant offender with a suspicion of interference with the performance of official duties; (c) the Defendant attempted to capture the Defendant to the patrol vehicle; and (d) the Defendant’s resistance to the right lower part of the patrol vehicle to repair KRW 33,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the public water used by public offices.
