A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 23, 2016, at around 04:20, the Defendant: (a) received a report from 112 that the junator in front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu) was in the presence of D police officers belonging to the Seoul Mine Police Station C District of the Seoul Mine Police Station; (b) but, as he/she turns out to the people who were in the vicinity, the Defendant used the junor of D to walk the sashor of D to walk.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties related to D's 112 reported duties.

2. The Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender who interfered with the performance of official duties at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and had the repair cost lost by walking the back even and the ceiling of the patrol vehicle in the condition of the patrol vehicle at hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
