Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of cryptop sheeters;

A. On January 24, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:0, up to 6 exits located in Daejeon Eastdong-gu Daejeon, the Defendant, via E, refers to the Metepopic clopon (the term “copon”).

The purchase price of KRW 500,000 is 50,000,000, and via E, 0.7 gal-phones were purchased and sold to F through E.

B. On February 10, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 1.1 million from F to his agricultural bank account (G). On the same day, the Defendant traded 1.4g gramphonephones to F via E in the F’s vehicle parked in I (Seoul direction) located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, around 20:30 on the same day.

On February 19, 2017, the Defendant was transferred KRW 600,000 from F to the said Agricultural Cooperative account, and around the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.7 gramphones to F in the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the officialter at the entrance of the J of the Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Hanan-gun.

On March 2, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 2.50,000 from F to the said Agricultural Cooperative account, and around the same day, the Defendant traded 0.35g phiphones to F on the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the openter at the entrance of the J at the same time.

E. On March 7, 2017, the Defendant was transferred KRW 300,000 from F to the said Agricultural Cooperative account, and around the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.35g phiphonephones to F on the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the opener at the J entrance around the same day.

F. On March 18, 2017, the Defendant was transferred KRW 330,000 from F to the said Agricultural Cooperative account, and around the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.35 grams of phiphonephones to F on the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the opener at the J entrance around the same day.

G. On March 27, 2017, the Defendant purchased 500,000 philophones from F on March 27, 2017.
