A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

One certificate of 28 of the excluding seized one, and the Ma-nam District Prosecutors' Office of Suwon District Prosecutors' Office of 2013.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. The Defendant came to know that the school meal room was negligent in monitoring while working part-time, and that there was insufficient living expenses due to lack of living expenses due to his failure to seek occupation, and sentenced the Defendant to steals another’s property by entering the kitchen room in the school meal service room.

On April 15, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant entered the K High School meal Service Center in Sungnam-si, the Sinnam-si, and took a theft with a wall, which contains cash of 169,000 won, resident registration certificate, credit card, etc., the victim L, from the clothes located therein.

From May 2010 to April 15, 2013, the Defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals the victims’ property on a total of 35 occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1.

B. On March 12, 2012, at around 10:47, the Defendant: (a) stolen a credit card from 365 cop, a national bank located in Sungnam-si, Pungnam-si, and received cash services equivalent to KRW 4,00,000, and stolen it; (b) from that time to November 13, 2012, the Defendant habitually stolen the cash amounting to KRW 9,50,000 owned by the victims four times in total in the same manner as indicated in [Attachment 2] Nos. 16 to 19, 2012, and used the stolen credit card three times in total.

2. On November 5, 2010, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) presented a P’s national card, which was stolen as if he would purchase gold stuff with a credit card, from an O precious metal store operated by the non-victim of the victim in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, to the non-employee, and had the said employee prepare a sales slip of KRW 485,000; (b) signed and issued the said sales slip; and (c) used the said credit card that was stolen by signing and issuing the sales slip; and (d) from the above employee, the 485,000 won of the said sales slip.
