A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 13, 2014, at around 03:30 on February 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the third floor stairs of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim D was under the influence of alcohol; and (b) took advantage of any cresh without any cresh, used the cash 314,000 won owned by the victim who was a part of the victim’s money, and 100,000 won in the market price on which the credit card was included, and stolen them.

C.
