Punishment of the crime

1. On July 17, 2016, around 12:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a opening door to receive money from the victim D managed by the victim D, located near the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C private street; and (b) intruded into the structure of the said D.
2. On July 24, 2016, around 12:25, the Defendant entered the said D’s building through the open door to receive money from the victim D at the same place as the above paragraph (a) and intruded into the said D’s building. “The Defendant and the victim D, as the members of a G church located in the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, caused internal conflicts due to the embezzlement of the pastors, etc., while the Defendant, as the members of the G church located in the F of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, borrowed money from the victim upon the demand of the victim to raise money with respect to H. However, the victim was not the money lent individually, but the victim was the subsidy for H’s “H”.
The dispute arose due to the failure to pay the money.
