Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime on May 2, 2016;

A. On May 2, 2016, the Defendant, entering the building, entered the 3rd floor via the entrance of the said church, which was opened at the Diplomatic Conference in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu around 12:00.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd on the building managed by the victim E.

B. At around 12:00 on May 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) carried two Hun-Ga keys to which the market price of the victim E, who was on the Hun-Ga’s book, was unknown in the distribution of the said D D D D D branch; and (b) carried two Hun-Ga keys.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. The crime on May 3, 2016;

A. On May 3, 2016, the Defendant, entering the building, entered the G principal meeting located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and entered the said church entrance, thereby leading up to the second floor of the instant church, thereby making a distribution to the said second floor.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd on a structure managed by the victim H.

B. Around 14:00 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a unconstitutional box, which was placed adjacent to the window by using the key of the stolen unconstitutional box in the said G curriculum dividend; and (b) carried 10,000 won in cash, owned by the victim H.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

3. The crime committed on May 12, 2016;

A. On May 12, 2016, the Defendant, entering the building, entered the building, and entered the third floor through the entrance door of the above church, which was opened at the above D church.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd on the building managed by the victim E.

B. At around 10:20 on May 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a unconstitutional box using the unconstitutional key that was stolen in the said Diplomatic Distribution; and (b) carried out things owned by the victim E in that way; (c) but (d) did not have any things.
