Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On March 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny in night buildings at the Incheon District Court; on September 24, 2014, the same court sentenced six months to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny in night time; on August 11, 2017, the same court sentenced six months to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny in night buildings at night; on January 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny in night buildings at the Seoul East District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on July 10, 2018.

1. On March 3, 2019, at around 16:00, the Defendant intruded into the instant church building through the entrance opened to the Diplomatic Association managed by the victim C in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the purpose of stealing money and valuables, and then stolen the envelope containing a total of KRW 1.1,50,000,000 in cash in the third floor distribution.
2. On May 5, 2019, at around 11:00, the Defendant intruded into the Gridge managed by the Victim F in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, with a view to stealing money and valuables, and moved to the church rooftop and sent time time to the church. At around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant entered a wooden room on the second floor of the same day, and took one bag containing cash 2,621,000 won in the book.
As above, the Defendant intruded into a structure managed by the victims, and was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, etc., and committed larceny within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
around 22:04 on April 30, 2019, the Defendant invadedd the structure managed by the victim by entering the child care center on the first floor of the building, through an emergency exit on the first floor in order to sleep or take rest.
