When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2015, at around 00:12, the Defendant driven a mixed car with B while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.070% of alcohol content from a section of approximately 200 meters from the front of the Madar apartment in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of about 96-35, 96-35 (Slow-dong) as Seoul Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
