At around 21:10 on September 10, 2014, the Defendant driven a 200-meter 1340 m2 in front of the mountain village apartment located in the 1340 (Slow village 128 m2) as the front of the mountain village located in the 1340 m2, Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
