On August 22, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.162% in the 1km section from the front Do of 1369 (Songdong) to the front 1330 (Songdong) road as the same Do, as both sides of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
