Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.174% of alcohol level around 03:18, the Defendant driven Bone Star car over about 500 meters from the front of the wind station located at 87-lane 5, Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to the front road of the wind station located at 87-lane 5, as Seoul, to the front road of 91-gil 11, as both the Gu and the road.
