Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:00 on March 11, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on the fourth floor of the building B, demanded the victim D, an employee, to leave the cPC to enter the cPC at the time of the Government-Si 03:00, and demanded the victim D to leave the cPC. However, without disregarding the demand, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s operation of the PC by repeatedly 30 minutes, such as “I will die. I will die. I will die.”
