A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had prepared, in advance, criminal tools, such as the kitchen and mast, kitchen knife (19cc in knife length, 30cc in total length), tape, etc., in order to commit robbery against his employees who had access to customers.

Accordingly, the defendant forcibly taken property from the victim by assaulting or threatening the victim.
