If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 05:40 on November 19, 2012 to 06:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) deemed the victim C (54 years of age) who was the head of the sobrying team around the Seo-gu Incheon Babow, “at the time,” and said, “the victim was “D,” and said, “the victim was frighten and well-known; (b) the victim was frighted and frighted; (c) the customer was frighted on the hand; and (d) the victim was frightly frightened on the hand of the victim; (d) the victim was frightened to the extent that he did not enter the sobrying; and (d) the victim’s frying service by openly stating that he did not go to the public; and (d) the victim’s frying service by making it so long as they interfere with the victim’s frying service by force.

3. 모욕 위 1.항과 같은 일시, 장소에서 신고를 받고 출동한 인천서부경찰서 G지구대 소속 피해자 순경 F(여, 26세)이 찜질방에서 나가줄 것을 요구한다는 이유로 위 찜질방 종업원들과 그곳 손님들이 보고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 "너네 뇌물 먹었지, 너네 같은 놈들 딱봐도 그렇지'라고 큰소리치고, 위 지구대에서 E 등이 보고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 '씹할년아, 너 이 싸가지 없는 년아, 내가 너 가만히 안둔다, 경찰관이 말이야, 뇌물이나 먹고, 니들 하는 짓이 다 그렇지 뭐'라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
