Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B is a person registered as a broker assistant of the “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” listed in C and D, and Defendant A is a practicing licensed real estate agent of the said “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office”.

1. Defendant B

(a) A practicing licensed real estate agent, etc. (a licensed real estate agent affiliated with a practicing licensed real estate agent, brokerage assistant, or employee or executive of a practicing licensed real estate agent) committed on or before May 2, 2016 shall not engage in direct transactions with the client;

Nevertheless, around May 2, 2016, the Defendant, at the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, requested the seller F to trade the G building H from the seller F, entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase the said real estate at KRW 150 million.

Accordingly, the defendant, even as an intermediary assistant, was involved in direct transactions with the client.

(b) A practicing licensed real estate agent, etc. (a licensed real estate agent affiliated with a practicing licensed real estate agent, a brokerage assistant, or an employee or executive of a practicing licensed real estate agent) committed on or before May 8, 2016 shall not engage in direct transactions with the client.

Nevertheless, around May 8, 2016, the Defendant, at the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, requested the seller I to trade the J building K at the time of light life, and entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase the said real estate at KRW 170 million.

Accordingly, the defendant, even as an intermediary assistant, was involved in direct transactions with the client.

(c) A practicing licensed real estate agent, etc. (a licensed real estate agent affiliated with a practicing licensed real estate agent, a brokerage assistant, or an employee or executive of a practicing licensed real estate agent) committed on or before June 12, 2016 shall not engage in direct transactions with the client.

Nevertheless, on June 12, 2016, the Defendant, at the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, requested L to trade the G building H at the time of light life from L, concluded a sales contract with the Defendant selling the said real estate at KRW 150 million.

This is the defendant.
