No practicing licensed real estate agent or brokerage assistant shall engage in any transaction directly with the client.

around October 2019, the Defendants requested Defendant A to purchase F apartment G (39.6 square meters) from the end of the business year, and entered into a sales contract with the said real estate broker E, which sells the said real estate in the said real estate at the said licensed real estate agent office around November 18, 2019, and entered into a sales contract with the said real estate broker E.
