A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 00:20 on June 13, 2020, the Defendant: (b) opened an unlocked window at the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Echeon-si, Echeon-si; (c) opened it, and stolen KRW 30,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was located in the credit cooperative in the future of the victim’s death.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen another's property.
2. Special larceny;
A. From around 03:30 on June 23, 2020 to 04:56, the victim E related Defendant: (a) laid down the back door of the restaurant operated by the victim E in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the back door of the restaurant operated by the victim E; (b) laid down the lock, and entered the lock, and then cut it into the victim’s market price in which the victim was located in the future; (c) the victim’s market price in which the victim was located in the future; and (d) stolen it.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by destroying or damaging the door, the wall, and a part of the structure at night.
B. From 00:00 on June 29, 2020 to 07:00, the victim H related Defendant: (a) laid down the back door of the restaurant run by the victim H located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the back door of the restaurant run by the Chinese house; (b) laid down the locks as his hand, and then turned out the locks with a safe consisting of approximately KRW 40,00 won of the market price of the victim’s ownership, such as a right of food, liquor card (CF), and a bill of approximately 40,00 won.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by destroying or damaging the door, the wall, and a part of the structure at night.
3. Intrusion upon residence, theft, and attempted larceny;
A. From June 26, 2020 to 18:00 on June 26, 2020, the Defendant intruded into the residence by entering the house of the victim K located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City L Building M by entering the room through an unlocked window, and then, the market price owned by the victim located in the future room of the victim.
