1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiffs KRW 156,053,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 3, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 2012, the Defendant announced a public announcement of the instant construction project with respect to the confirmation and packing work (hereinafter “instant construction work”), and the main contents are as follows.

On the other hand, the site site report provided by the defendant at the time of the public announcement of the tender was stated as follows: "The present status of major aggregate resources, distance and transportation routes, transportation speed: Bore Industry Co., Ltd. and L=12 km."

Public Notice of Tender

1. On the 1.4th project site: 23,67,371,00 won (estimated price: 12,963,608,182 additional tax: 1,296,360,818 won: 9,407,402,00 won paid to the contractor and the contractor for the installation of the contract, the installation of which is KRW 12,963,60,360,818, 100); and

10.1. B. As a result of the foregoing bidding, Plaintiff Csung Industrial Co., Ltd. and Ilsung Construction Co., Ltd. were selected as successful bidder, and on December 27, 2012, the Defendant entered into a contract between Plaintiff Csung Industrial Co., Ltd. and Ilsung Construction Co., Ltd., with the date of completion of the instant construction work until December 22, 2015, and the contract amount of KRW 10,603,580,000 (hereinafter “instant contract”).
